1. Trial availability
The public BAS Calibration Suite trial is not yet available. When launched, an eligible user will need a verified BAS account and must accept these Trial Terms and the Privacy Policy before activation.
2. Trial period
The evaluation period lasts 30 calendar days. It begins only after the first successful trial activation—not when the installer is downloaded or an account is created. The activation record maintained by BAS will determine the trial start and expiration dates.
3. Eligibility and limits
The trial is intended for genuine evaluation by professional and business users. Unless BAS approves otherwise, trial eligibility may be limited by person, organization, account, email address, and computer. Users may not create duplicate identities, alter device information, reset trial records, or bypass activation and expiration controls.
4. Trial experience
The trial is planned to provide access to customer, job, instrument, supported calibration, report, and history workflows. Reports produced in trial mode will contain a clear trial watermark or designation. Trial reports are evaluation materials and should not be represented as licensed BAS reports for official customer delivery.
5. Activation and connectivity
Internet access may be required for download, account verification, initial activation, periodic license validation, updates, and support. Continuous connectivity is not intended to be required for ordinary calibration work, but final online and offline behavior will be published with the released software.
6. No automatic charge or conversion
The evaluation trial requires no payment and will not automatically convert into a paid license. Continuing after the trial requires a separate, affirmative annual-license purchase through the BAS website. The price, renewal terms, and refund policy will be presented before payment.
7. Expiration and local data
When the trial expires, some or all trial functionality may become unavailable or limited until a license is activated. Users remain responsible for reviewing, exporting, and backing up their local calibration information. BAS does not guarantee recovery of data lost from a user’s computer, browser storage, backup process, or unsupported system.
8. Acceptable evaluation
The trial may not be resold, shared as a hosted service, used to provide unauthorized access, reverse engineered except where law permits, or used to defeat licensing controls. BAS may suspend or terminate a trial for fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
9. System compatibility and evaluation responsibility
The initial verified platform is planned as 64-bit Windows 11 Home. Other Windows editions may not be officially supported until tested. The user is responsible for confirming system requirements and determining whether BAS meets the user’s technical, quality, contractual, and regulatory needs before purchasing.
10. Feedback and changes
Feedback may be used to improve BAS products without identifying the contributor publicly. BAS may change or discontinue the pre-launch trial program, but the terms presented at activation will govern an activated trial unless a change is required for security, legal compliance, or prevention of abuse.
11. Contact
Trial questions may be sent to info@bassoftwaresolutions.com. This mailbox is a pre-launch placeholder and will be activated before trial registration begins.
